Do these children have all they need?
It’s the first question on every parent’s mind when it comes to education.
And so is the LBF team when it comes to the little ones in Christ Treasured Orphanage and surrounding communities especially as schools reopen.
The only way we can answer that question is through shared responsibility as well as shared accountability.
“As a team, we have a responsibility to set a high bar for every child regardless of the challenges the child may face, and provide the teaching and support each child needs to meet those expectations.
To this regard, and as we continue to advance conversations around education through our Quality Education Program (QEP) which works to improve lives and provide opportunities for individuals through increased participation in formal and alternative education systems, yesterday took to Christ Treasured Orphanage Gwagalada Abuja Nigeria, to make some book donations for the children as they return to school”.
In achieving her set objectives LBF not only thrives to meet the needs of each student rather it gets the entire community involved in education by seeking to nurture leadership skills amongst the youth and offer alternative education opportunities for young people who have never been enrolled or dropped out of school early by engaging communities to find the best sustainable solution to provide access to vocational training.
This is vital to the success of projects for LBF.
